you know, almost NONE of the food that y'all enjoy at Mexican resteraunts in the states is here in Mexico and if it is, well, it's very different. Man, would I love some of that blanco queso dip stuff! Guess I'll just have to settle for tacos al pastor. (although, it's yummy, I'm not quite sure what I'm eating!) oh, and it should be con pollo :) I guess I only know that b/c I'm constantly surrounded by people speaking spanish, for instance right now.

Spanglish is my new way of speaking these days...it's quite amusing. I also got witnessed to the other day over my intercom by a jehovah's witness in spanish, which of course ended up being in spanglish. i just kept sayings "JesuCristo es todo" (Jesus Christ is everything)
