Buffalo Chicken Dip

We made this dish this past weekend for our community group and took the leftovers to a friend's house the next evening. Needless to say...none was left. It was kind of sad, too. Mike was looking forward to having some for lunch on Monday. Ce la vie!

4-5 chicken breasts (approximately 40 oz)
16 oz cream cheese (two packages)
8 oz Blue Cheese Dressing or Ranch Dressing
12 oz of Frank's Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
2 cups (16 oz) of Shredded Sharp Cheddar

Boil the chicken and shred it. (It's easy enough just pulling it with your hands)
Add the Cream Cheese (room temperature), Dressing and Buffalo Wing Sauce.
Mix all together.
Put into a casserole dish.
Top with Cheddar Cheese.

Bake at 350 Degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve with Tortilla Chips and enjoy!
